Nexperia China entities, as Chinese enterprises with deep-rooted operations in China and global strategies, strictly adheres to Chinese laws, operating legally, in compliance, and independently. Our foremost priority has always been the interests of our customers. At present,Nexperia China's manufacturing and business activities are proceeding in an orderly manner; the board, management and all employees are making every efforts to ensure the stability of the supply chain for our valued customers. However, it is deeply regrettable that the current management at Nexperia Netherlands, under these very circumstances, continued to disregard the lawful rights of Nexperia China entities and attempted to disrupt our normal operations. What is more, they have ignored the interests of our customers, circulating information to them that is inconsistent with the facts, raising groundless doubt on product compliance, quality standards and technical capabilities, and seeking to cause confusion so as to interfere with your normal procurement decisions. We firmly oppose such conduct and will pursue all lawful means to defend our rights.
Despite the unprecedented complexity of the external environment, Nexperia China entities continue to put customer interests first and regard ensuring the continuity of our production as the highest priority at this stage. Hereby, we solemnly commit that all products manufactured and delivered in China strictly conform to the Chinese laws and regulations and requirements of supervisory authorities, fully satisfy the consistent technical standards, production processes and quality requirements, meet all provisions set forth in the agreements with our customers and pass our strict quality inspections when undergoing factory inspection process. With respect to any prospective change or adjustment to the products' supply, production process and technical standards, we will communicate with our customers in normal courses in advance.
We fully understand that only by standing side-by-side with our customers can uncertainty be kept to a minimum. Therefore, Nexperia China entities look forward to maintaining a close and transparent communication with you.
