オランダ政府は国家安全保障上の理由から機微な技術に対する厳格な輸出管理を維持していますが、中国の親会社であるWingtech（聞泰科技）は、失われた支配権を回復すべく法的措置を講じています。 現在講じられている報復措置により、チップ部品の供給が相互に停止する事態となり、世界の電子機器市場に影響が及んでいます。最近の協議について、双方の代表者は建設的なものであったと評したものの、最終的な解決には至っていないことを認めました。
