As you know, we have been making liquor infused chocolate since our founding! Of the Irish whiskeys from @jameson_us we have used the original and the Black Barrel, this time, we opted for the IPA Edition from their Caskmates series and it is delicious!! We combined the IPA Edition Jameson with local organic cream, and a specially formulated version of our Regina Dark couverture grade milk chocolate at 54% to complement the IPA Edition's taste of hops and light citrus with sweet herbal notes!
