Enrobed in a 74%+ MORETTA™ Bittersweet Dark Chocolate and sprinkled with organic brown Coconut Sugar. One of our signature truffles, named after the fiddle tune “Orange Blossom Special” (The Special or OBS), about the passenger train of the same name, written by Ervin T. Rouse, popularized by Johnny Cash. Made with organic cream, Orange Blossom Petals, Orange Blossom Honey, and a formulated 48%+ REGINA™ dark milk chocolate. Enrobed in our 70%+ MORETTA™ semisweet dark chocolate and sprinkled with either granulated orange peels, honey crystals, or rests on a bed of bee pollen.
