Boysenberry, developed by Rudolph (Rudy) Boysen in 1923 on a small farm in Napa as a cross between The European Raspberry, European Blackberry, American Dewberry, and Loganberry. Our experiment is made with organic cream, Boysenberry (Seeds filtered out), and a formulated 57% COLOMBINA™ semi-fruity Dark Chocolate that complements the sweet-tart Boysenberry. Enrobed in a 73% MORETTA™ Bittersweet and rests on a bed of organic 70% dark chocolate covered Chia seeds or puffed Quinoa . Pairings: Syrah, Zinfandel, Merlot.
