Ham pot pies baked in the @alfaforni Minuti 5 tonight! They were cooked in @lodgecastiron skillets for about 20 minutes at 375-400 with hickory wood for fuel. The pies made with smoked ham, carrots, onion, celery, potatoes, garlic, milk, chicken stock, @bannerbutteratl Smoked Sea Salt, spices and all that fun stuff. Good eats!!
