Pizza night! It’s been months since we’ve used our @alfaovens because of the snow and cold weather. This evening we were able to get it fired up and make ten pizzas! The toppings we had to pick from were pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms, asparagus, prosciutto, red onion, Roma tomato, basil, whole mozzarella, shredded whole milk mozzarella and feta. Good eats!! I feel like I do the dough differently every time and it turned out great, but burned a bit because I didn’t have enough 00 flour and had to sub in AP. I had the @alfaforni.official Minuti 5 running between 750-900 for the first 5 pizzas.
