One of my favourite moments. I had pictures of this bridge in Devon from a book I had for many years. It was amazing to see it in person in 2010 and was much bigger than I had expected. We were driving along a quiet country road and bam! One lovely afternoon in Devon... I’d been looking at pictures of this bridge for years in a couple f books I owned and it was a surreal experience to have seen it in person. My dear friends Richard and Kat encouraged me to talk a walk across it and get a photo with my now well traveled banner. Postbridge is best known for its fine example of an ancient clapper bridge over the river.
