Idk what to put here tbh pls say something nice about him 😭 He was born in a cardboard box in a swamp somewhere, raised by a pack of alligators all alone. I just slut-ified him for no reason. I figured they made P3 Dude like, more conventionally attractive than P2 by way of de-greasing him and making him a little thicker, so I kind of did the same thing to Rodney.

Everybody and their mother is making a Postalsona these days so I decided I would draw mine XP

I liked thinking of him in the context of like, being a character in the game itself, like an NPC.

Hal would be an NPC you could interact with, he's a drug dealer, so the Dude could buy 'Health' items from him or order Special Items that would come in on like, the next game day, I dunno. You could prolly trade him an item or something and have him go on some of the missions and snipe enemies. He'll find some snipers nest type spot and provide cover fire for the Dude. Prolly a rare item to trade or smth so it's not an op sort of feature, idk.
