The brand has a website that currently list all of their current products. Along with a list of recipes that people can make using their products. They actively use most of their social media accounts. The brand uses a mix of storytelling and focuses on using social media to promote their current or new season products. They also use billboards and have post on bus stops to promote their items. They use both social media an out of home marketing which has been working for the brand. They are very known and have no problem bringing in customers.
I have not noticed any of their sales promotion. There are many reasons for this, one being because of the algorithm and another being due to the fact that they don't use their TikTok account as much as I think they should be. Out of every social media app there is I mostly use TikTok as my main source of entertainment and the brand hasn't posted something new in a year. By increasing the use of the app I think they will be able to bring in more customers. Chobani does use personal selling by sampling their products and by having brand ambassador events. Their use of this is limited and I think if they did more they would be able to sell more of their products.
