It had been maybe a year since Grima’s demise, and Henry still wasn’t sure what to do with himself anymore. Though he had helped put an end to Grima, he never felt particularly welcome in Ylisse, but going back to Plegia just felt like he was losing everything he somehow managed to gain. Because of this, he wandered, usually around the border, crossing sides every so often, sometimes helping the other Plegian survivors get back on their feet however he could, but usually he spent his time alone with his crows.
It was starting to grow dark, his preferred time of day to travel, though the crows didn’t appreciate traveling after the sun set. He walked along the road, his crows flying around overhead, until he saw someone in the distance. It had been a while since he saw anyone, and he wondered what brought them all the way out here. The closest Plegian village was a few hours away, after all. “Hey,” he called out and waved, hoping to show he was friendly. “What brings you all the way out here? I usually don’t see people out here this time of day unless they’re lost, or looking to cause trouble,” he said as he walked closer. “Though you don’t look like you want to cause trouble.” He gave a light laugh. “So, what are you doing?”

Robin has finally settled in Ylisse after waking up from her two-year slumber. Now with child, she’s ready to continue her station as Queen of Ylisse alongside her husband, Chrom. However, a messenger from Plegia claims that the regent requests an audience with her, as she is the only surviving kin to their late king, Validar. Robin wants nothing more than for Ylisse to have a peaceful relationship with Plegia, and decides to make the trip to the capital in order to meet the regent and appoint them as Plegia’s new leader. During this journey, Robin learns more about her past.
