7年ぶりの宿場町
ものすごい久しぶりに馬籠宿に行った。
ここは坂道の宿場町、よく行く奈良井宿や妻籠宿とは異なる風景が広がる。
薄曇りのちょっとどんよりした感じも悪くない。
最後に休憩所のノートに思いを書き綴ってきた。

Tsumago-juku was the forty-second of the sixty-nine post towns on the Nakasendō, located in Nagiso, Kiso District, Nagano Prefecture. It has been restored to its appearance as an Edo-era post town.
Merchants, monks, warriors and officials once traveled the Nakasendo Trail connecting Tokyo and Kyoto stopping at the post town to rest for the night before resuming their journey the next day.
