16.Post - dinner

Neha was busy learning Hsilgne & trying to speak fluently. While she was doing so, her dad came to her room, with a glass of milk. Neha noticed him & said that she usually drank milk in the morning, but she'd be happy to follow their routine too. Her dad smiled, seeing his new daughter to obeying their words, though they didn't utter a word. She took the glass and gulped it quickly because she didn't have any real food from a lot of time. The milk was tasty & creamy. That too, Neha never had that delicious milk. The milk she knew tasted like distilled water. Neha handed back the tumbler with glee, but her dad looked depressed.

"Knaht uoy", said Neha.

"Er'uoy emoclew."

"S'tahw gnorw, dad?", asked Neha with a consoling tone."T'nod yrrow, M'I ereht."

Instantly her dad's face brightened,"Pey!", said her dad and walked off the room, smiling.

Week 21, Day 7: After dinner, walk a mile!

The last two days, I was out of town visiting family members on Christmas.

As mentioned in my previous post, it was difficult to post articles due to technical issues while there.

Hence, I delayed my walk today, opting to walk after dinner instead.

Week 14, Day 6: Post-dinner walk

I was unable to complete preparations for a class in the morning, hence postponed the walking session to the evening.

One thing lead to another in the evening, and I became free only after dinner.

Fully aware of the risks of walking fast on a full stomach, I focused on covering 3 kilometers instead of the pace.
