More specifically his dad, because I think it's Hazel. I think they look really similar to eachother, and we've seen how big family resemblance is in Rwby.
I've also been wondering about that scene at the train station? Why was Hazel there? I don't think he'd just randomly be in the middle of no where and just randomly help a kid. And I don't think he knows Oscar and Oz are now the same person, as far as Salem's faction know Oz is dead.
