In short, NO, in long. Its like the freedom of speech, yes you can do whatever you want, what you do is you. However that doesn't mean you won't get called out on things and reported, its a consequence for actions that may not fallow things like TOS or the Laws.
Censorship is terrible, and the actions of political figure heads that goes out of their way to censor topics they don't personally like due to political ideology. Censorship is when the higher ups try to hide things, it is not people calling you out for content you make that may be making doesn't make you suddenly okay do so.

The Good:
A satisfying conclusion for Norman’s arc
Peter returns and comforts Norman.
Norman’s struggle with c-PTSD and moral sculposity OCD is very realistic and relatable.

The bad:
The mix of John. Romita Jr. and Todd Nauck’s art was jarring at times, and I would honestly prefer that Todd Nauck handle it. John Romita Jr. isn’t my cup of tea when it comes to art.
Emily Lyman shouldn’t be a thing. I don’t like her being alive; let Norman’s wife stay dead. It doesn’t make sense for her to be alive.
I thoroughly enjoyed Norman’s character arc in Amazing Spider-Man 2025 by Joe Kelly. Furthermore, I have some gripes, but overall, this story delighted me. It's a very real depiction of trauma and OCD, and I am firmly in the camp of Norman having both now. I have both of these mental illnesses, and they are hell to live with, but I manage. Some of his lines really stood out to me, especially the ones about benign consciousness, because he’s stubborn (as someone who willed themselves not to pass out after a severe concussion, let me tell you, willpower matters a lot).
I loved seeing Norman’s triumph over the robots trying to kill him and the other Spiders, and his combined use of Goblin tech and Spider-Man’s gear gives me hope we will see something similar in the future. I think Norman would make a great mentor for the younger Spiders, and I would love to see him in a supporting role in the future, helping other heroes and working through his trauma.
Plus, his whole thing is: I’m a bad person pretending to be good; I'm a bad man, but I’m trying to be better. I’m not a good person. Some people will go, “Yes, he is always going to be evil.” But guess what? In reality, we all make horrible decisions and mistakes. We all do a spectrum of harm and good. Life is about learning, it's not purity politics and being perfect. I have moral OCD. It sucks because we become obsessed with weighing out the good and bad, the OCD voice tells me I will always be bad. No matter how hard I try, the intrusive thoughts inside tell me I’m a horrible person, and I can never make up for all the harm I’ve done over my life. Even if there is evidence otherwise, even if I’m doing well now, the voice of OCD tells me it doesn’t matter because I’m a bad person, and I’ll never escape it.

I find Norman a good litmus test for who actually believes in rehabilitation and redemption for humanity, and guess what? I do.
Not only that, but we are all capable of doing better in how we treat others. I like morally complex characters and people trying to do good because I don’t think punishing people does any good. I believe in restorative justice, not prison or capital punishment. Plus, I feel like how people react to characters like Norman says a lot about them. Considering he has always been a character with severe mental illness who really needs support and rarely gets the actual help or support he would need for recovery.
I hope Spider-Man continues in this direction, giving us flawed people trying to be better, and letting Norman fail and try again. Failing is how we learn; he needs to fail and fail miserably to learn from his mistakes and realize fear and violence aren’t the only way. I would like to see Spider-Man explore mental health and trauma recovery in a caring, nuanced way, but honestly, I'm not sure whether there are many writers capable of doing so.
Something that will never fail to amuse me about anti-Billy Hargrove stans is just how much room he takes up inside your heads. You can't be on Tumblr for thirty seconds without thinking of him. You can't ever see something involving him and leave it alone. Its an obsession for you. Its eating you alive and he's fake and he doesn't care and all the people who are actually capable of critical thinking skills and compassion and just vibing and you're destroying yourself. He lives in your head and you're not even charging him rent.

I will never understand why brown people are considered "white" when you know damn well we aren't treated like white people, unless we can pass as white, and even then half the time those of us who are white passing only pass as white like half the time.
Brown people literally are put in cages at literal concentration camps aka detention centers, when undocumented or seeking asylum in this country. No one is doing that to white people.
Brown people are POC, we are treated like POC and seen as lesser than white. We are treated like criminals when white people who do the same exact thing get away with it or have lesser sentences.
Hispanic should be a race, brown people should legally have a race because we are not seen as white and we are not treated as white. Most brown people consider Hispanic a race as well as ethnicity because we don't fall under any of the other race categories.
Before I was married, I had a Hispanic last name and I got treated a whole lot differently than I do now with a white last name. I'm treated differently when I'm out in public with my family than when I'm out in public with my husband's family.
Being a paler brown person does not make you any less brown or any less of a POC, just like there are many different shades of black skin, there are many different shades of brown skin.
I can get really dark if I'm out in the sun long enough. I tan like crazy but being inside most of the time does make me paler.
