Pose Tutorial
A small hand full of people asked me how I do poses, so here is a small tutorial on how I do them. I am not an expert though so, this is just what I’ve picked up over the years.

Could you give some tips for just the right body size for when u draw?? It's very good.
Hmm… well. In all honesty I still struggle with my proportions. But a good way to practice them is to look at actual people posing and quickly sketch out the basic form they take. Recognize their curves, the position of the ribs / hips / shoulders and their angles. Your sketches don’t have to be perfect, in fact you shouldn’t even put too much detail into them.
For example:
See how they used quick lines to get the basic forms down. You can even see the line of action for the more dynamic poses. Most to none of them even have proper faces. This is because it’s a sketch. Sketches are just quick, simple pencil lines that show an idea. Shading is also optional. I would plug in shading if something didn’t make sense without it or you have time after putting down the lines. (A great example of that is the bottom right lady) You can also shade on things with foreshortening.
Here is a video that describes what foreshortening is and a good way to go about it. (I use this technique all the time when I foreshorten)
(Sycra has some really good tutorials. You should check out his other videos.)
Anyways, so here is your assessment for good practice:
Go on SketchDaily for some posing references and sketch out at least 10 - 15 poses. They should only take a maximum of two each. You’ll eventually find your self drawing faster and faster with each pose as your hand and mind focus on the important stuff before getting distracted by the detail. (Some photos have baggy clothes, so it’s up to you if you want to draw the clothes as well.)

I usually sketch these when I have artist block or to refresh my skills. You don’t have to do this everyday. I don’t even do it everyday. But until you start to get a hang of proportions, I recommend do as much as you can. Keep practicing!
I hoped this helped!
