Ingredients: 1 lb chicken tenders. 1 cup crushed pork rinds. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp paprika. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tbsp Dijon mustard.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl with crushed pork rinds. Mayonnaise and Dijon mustard should be mixed in a different bowl. First, coat each chicken tender with the mayonnaise mixture. Then, cover it with the pork rind mixture and press it down gently to stick. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put the chicken tenders on it.
