Thanks to the @PopsugarFitness family and #PopsugarGrounded yesterday, I got re-inspired to figure out ways I can bring @trainlikeagymnast to more people, and women especially! (Happy #InternationalWomensDay!) ⠀ Seeing the @toneitup ladies leading hundreds of women through workouts at the same time in tight quarters got me thinking... ⠀ 🤸🏽‍♀️ How can I teach gymnastics conditioning to a bunch of you at once!? ⠀ 💪🏼 And guess what!? It’s TOTALLY POSSIBLE! ⠀ We always used to condition in a line next to each other. ⠀ And I can’t wait to start hosting more events and introducing people to the world of bodyweight form-focused conditioning! ⠀ I’ve had people ask me over the years for more workout videos, so I guess I’ll listen now. 😇 ⠀ Do you like these kinds of posts/swipes?
