I am loving December and all that is coming. Since Sunday🌻 I have been working hard practicing #pop15 and #zumba tracks till I have a full class ready to go! I didnt get to post day 3 yesterday since I did it at work lol but I felt so good after that I did it again today!!!! And i see exactly what you ment @blogilates when you said you see the difference very quickly!!!! Day 4 was amazing too! I can feel how tight my knees are but I feel great doing the stretches! I'm glad I have been putting a side some time to do the #stretchrevolution challenge!! Especially after a killer #pop15 workout 🤣 I am hoping to bring it my class very soon lol!!!
