personal journey diary day 12 and weigh-in
Went to the nutritionist today! I actually have some water weight so my weight should be lower than what the scale says (which is still .5kg lower than what I started with!!!) but so much good progress! I lost THREE KILOS of FAT and put on 1.5kg of muscle 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 I’m so happy!! My BMI is a little lower too and I also increased my BMR ☺️ Came back home and had a good workout today too.
Today’s workout:
-10-15’ of fitness marshall videos (dance cardio. I’m really enjoying it!)
-blogilates 2021 challenge day 1 (total body)
Today’s menu:
Breakfast (much later than usual bc I had to go without eating at the nutritionist since I woke up too late):
-rice cakes with avocado spread
-apple
-almond milk with D3 supplement
Lunch:
-two hard boiled eggs
-broccoli
-a couple of mini spinach pies
-salad
Snack:
-bowl of applea and a banana
Dinner:
-gluten free crackers with vegan feta cheese
-rooibos tea
I also managed to journal again, practice the piano and work on my assignment! Busy day but good overall :)
