How many words did you write this year?
about 28k! Though with WIPs, it's actually closer to 36.
Did you try anything new this year? (new fandom? new pairing? new language?)
Always. Most of these ships were new to me, and several took me all the way out of my comfort zone. I also tried my hand at writing SFW for the first time!
Did you participate in any fests/events during the year?
Sure did! We've got Polyswap, Drone Season, and two events with the Homestuck Fan-Author Coalition
Which is the funniest fic you have written this year?
That's almost a tie but I think Noose with your Name On It wins slightly over H.O.R.S.E.
Which is the angstiest fic you have written this year?
I don't write angst but I'd say Bad Kitty on the strength of Dirk Strider alone. A case could also be made for Love Spell due to Jade death but she gets better
Which is the steamiest fic you have written this year?
HOW TO CHOOSE?? I guess it really depends on what you're into. Can I just say most of the above? Bad Kitty? A Sweet Deal? Maybe H.O.R.S.E.?
Which is your most valuable writing lesson learned this year?
I learned some cool new CSS tricks for Love Spell!
What do you look forward to writing next year?
Clenches fist we are finishing some WIPs, and then hopefully starting a new poly longfic because it's been a while since I've written something just for me.
