"I wanted to build a Glock® 19 that was totally customized to my liking, so that's why I started with a Polymer80 frame and a Brownells RMR Cut Slide for Glock®. Inside, there's a Ghost 3.5 connector and a set of Ghost springs, plus slide internals from Shadow Systems. The Trijicon RMR red dot sight sits low and snug in the slide for excellent balance, while the Surefire light is reassuring to have when there's a "bump!" in the night. "This was my first attempt at building an AR pistol. I sourced the FDE Polymer80 AR lower and the buffer assembly, lower parts kit, shorty muzzle brake and BCG, gas block and tube, and charging handle from Brownells. I got my hands on the other parts and set to building. I was scared to death to drill and mill the lower, but my older brother said, "Just do it!" I was amazed at how easy it proved to be.
