It took just over three (3) hours in the London rain to get though the PokéPost queue (so typical British Post Office standards).

I mailed the Eevee set to my husband and got a Pikachu set for myself. By the time I’d cleared the queue Eevee had finally come out to play! A good Eevee hug made that wait worthwhile ❤️

(Full disclaimer cause I know a bunch of Pokémon blogs have followed me (thank you all so much btw :)) I’m still not finished with my re watch but I figured you might like to hear some commentary from the perspective of someone who is just watching.) OMG YES! MISTY IS COMPETING IN THE WHIRL CUP! THATS MY GIRL!  That’s where she’s meant to be! :,)

I’m really anxious how this is gonna work out though cause Ash is also ... and yea I mean I know this is gonna make for a VERY interesting season there’s no doubt about that and I know it’s probably not gonna happen but I really want Misty to win at the end. Just on this one cause this is her element! I feel like there’s gonna be a lot more development this season and I only saw the first episode but I can tell right away it’s gonna keep me on my toes! I have no doubt in my mind that the last challenge is probably gonna end with the last finalists who have to battle each other (ok I heard a spoiler but still it’s obvious) Ash Ketchum and Misty Waterflower. I just really hope this ends well. This whole season is hard for me enough I know at the end Misty is leaving! (she does return but I mean as being with them everyday she’s gonna be gone :,() I was also kinda miffed at Ash this episode. Like he can have his dreams and be all excited about them and I’m not saying he’s not a supportive and loyal friend but when Misty had that heart and passion fire in her eyes finding the whirl islands he was just like embarrassed for her?  Idk maybe I’m reading into it. But he did kinda miff me this first episode and I’m not sure why. Hopefully that goes away by next episode. Also can we talk about the determination Psyduck had! He can’t swim but when Misty was like to team rocket “your on my turf now and you are gonna pay! “ Psyduck was so determined to battle for her! The look on his face. 

I can’t believe it’s the last season! I just.. where did the time go (I mean of the original series) and I just .. I’m not gonna be ok.. I’m just not! It better give me a HUGE BANG! 

Little side thing: Misty’s determination is so powerful right now i couldn’t help but think of this scene in my head I can just imagine her when they are near water all the time training with her water pokemon to the point where Ash has to physically pull her out when she’s being stupid and seeing how long she can be under the water taking attacks herself like she’s seen some other trainers do. And she spats and coughs out water and then starts yelling at him 

“What’s your problem! Im training for the whirl cup! 

“You keep training like that your not gonna make it to the whirl cup!” And finishes with “and we promised a fair battle! I’m not gonna let you go easy on me like this cause your acting like an idiot!”

And then there nose to nose with each other again the fight escalating fast and Pikachu’s panicky cause he knows this gonna get bad and Brock has to leave the breakfast he’s cooking for them all to come over and break them up.

Idk it’s just something that came into my brain.
