I want you to meet Veronica and Minny
Veronica is 17, but is always mistaken for being the eldest due to her colder personality and her refusal to open up at all. She has a job, comes off very mature, and is considered the scary sister out of the pair.
Minny is 20 going on 10 due to trauma and severe social anxiety that just makes her wanna regress. Vonnie isn't very helpful about this, and actually encourages her older "little" sister's behavior. While the pink sister is sweet, adorable, and very kind hearted, she completely struggles with any sort of socialization. She prefers to stay in her room and smoke pot and watch kids shows (because she's forbidden from watching much else)
with Veronica being an absolute control freak towards Minny, she has decided to have full control over her everything and succeeded in doing so. bedtimes, meals, her money (if Minny is lucky enough to have any), what clothes she can wear, even what pacifier goes in Minny's mouth. Minny isn't in a place to argue against any of this; her extreme fear of people keeps her in place, and after her sister managed to get an eye taken from both of them JUST to keep her tied down? she's not gonna gonna play with those possibilities.
