isff doesn't have DID and neither do most ppl on this site. Ppl are either rly lonely / working thru other mental issues or Worse (like Isuggestbeingacreep and Friends) are tryng to escape accountability.

I believe you mean nothing bad by this ask, and I feel bad for your loved one. But to be very blunt, it is not my place to diagnose people online or doubt their stated mental issues. It adds nothing good or valuable to the conversation to be claiming she's faking without evidence. Whether she has DID or not doesn't excuse anything she's doing, so I don't much care to factor it into all of this

People in so many communities and subcultures waste so much time and energy gatekeeping and policing labels instead of being authentic and cultivating joy. If everyone did that those that are putting on airs would weed themselves out, anyway.
Even with groups that are indeed acting with malicious intent, like the KFF that weren't just misinformed, there comes a point where wasting all your energy on people that are never going to change their minds about you and yours is just a waste of valuable mental energy.

loving and getting along with and having fun with your alters doesn't make you immediately like having DID and want to keep having DID. getting along with your alters does not suddenly make having DID easy, comfortable, or fun. can we stop with the idea that if actually the people w CDDs who hate endos would treat their alters niceys that they would change their minds about endos. not only would it not change their minds it's also pretty disrespectful to other CDD systems.

I dont understand a lot of anti endo takes. I think plurality is an under researched thing so its hard to say that *only* [x] thing allows you to be plural- I also believe that simply, you do not know what is going on inside someones head, what right do you have to say if they are or are not plural? i dunno though .
