Harry’s current cover in NYC is Harold Stantham, middling photographer from Little Rock, Arkansas, who has an apartment near the Village. The cover is not part of his mission. He can bluff, he wouldn’t be an agent otherwise, but undercover is not his expertise. 

His official assignment... is to be discussed with other V.A.L.O.R. players and possibly mods/NPC Vincent Rock. His unofficial, personal pursuit is to find out KGB’s mafia connections in NYC and cut off their cooperation. It’s the big coup he wants to pull off on his own to make his name within the agency. 

His cover when in Germany is Arno Lutz, small-time weapons dealer. If another character knows Arno in Berlin and runs into Harold in NYC, that might make for an interesting scenario. 

Another might be a downtime scene with the Harold persona. Harry needs to socialize to make the cover believable, and accidentally running into another agent with neither of them knowing it is a classic spy fiction scenario. 

If we get any journalists, Harry might work with one on a case as a freelance photographer. He does actually take and develop photos, one of the few skills he brought over from college.

Further he could contact other V.A.L.O.R. agents and work together with them on their current missions or pursuits.
