THINKING ABOUT how Terezi was raised on Alternian Law and like. YK.
It’s corrupt and evil and not in fact justice at all. And Terezi absolutely followed it at a young age BUT she would slowly begin to start seeing the flaws and issues. It isn’t until she’d find information on her Ancestor, ginding Redglare’s journals and writing - things that were kept put away and not found by the government somehow (Redglare was crafty. She knew how they worked so I’m sure she’d be able to keep her things under their radar and of course Terezi would be able to find them.) that Terezi would finally be fully radicalized. Realizing her feelings were RIGHT and that this WAS wrong.
DESPITE THIS, OF COURSE, Terezi still follows Alternian Law in her court room drama larps. It’s fun and things she was grown up on and it’s all for pretend and play.
