These are my before pics, taken on September 19, 2016. In these pics I was 249.5 pounds (which is still 30 pounds down from my heaviest weight). I also in this pic had a 53 in. bust, 43 in. waist, and 51 in. hips. I’m already noticing a bit of a difference and I’m continuing strong.

Day 24
That’s right, 4 weeks down! I have yet to tell this week if I’ve lost weight. I’ve been at Jeremy’s house the last few days and his sister removed the scale from the bathroom. I have no idea why, but I’m kind of grateful she did. I just want to be honest though, I REALLY doubt I lost weight. Saturday and Sunday I dropped the ball and barely took any of the products, Monday and Tuesday I was sick. I still took plexus slim Monday and Tuesday and I may have missed either the bio cleanse or the pro bio on those days. I now feel better. Today I took an accelerator and slim first think in the morning, and did the bio cleanse, lunch I did accelerator, then I took another 2 bio cleanse when I got off and I’ll have the pro bio beefier bed. Then I’ll be out of the bio cleanse.
I have the worst cravings this week because it is also shark week for me. Ugh I’m dying. Haha.

First weigh/measure in!

So it’s been about 2 weeks of using the TriPlex Combo - Tomorrow I start Accelerator+ and Block!
So I wanted to share that I lost about 2 inches all over and a little over 3 pounds this week. I’m really happy with that and am excited to see that I’m slowly on my way to better health.
I did run into a bit of an issue with my probiotic, I went up to 3, which gave me miserable IBS issues, so I’m back down to 2. Which works well for my body. I’m also up to about 3-4 BioClense a day and my Slim in the morning.
Very happy with this first check. I’ve got more energy, I sleep through the night, and my sugary needs are diminishing. I’m over a week off soda and am enjoying copious amounts of water and Arnold Palmers.

I am not on here trying to push a product or anything like that. I just think that it's time I share my own story. I am an army wife who has had a lot of issues with weight since having my 3 kids. I watched everything I ate and went to the gym 5 days a week. My kids are all 5 years apart. So of course I became extremely frustrated when absolutely nothing helped me. I started this journey at 197lbs. Only being 5' 3" that is a lot. I felt every bit of it too. I had no energy to speak of and was always getting sick. I have only been on the products since October of 2013, and I am already down to 165lbs. I still watch everything I eat, but I no longer have the chance to go to the gym. With my husband deployed, 3 kids, and not knowing anyone where we are now stationed, it's just not in the cards. So I use my kids. Go to the park and run with them or just lifting them up at home. :) I am honestly proud of my progress and myself. And I absolutely feel great!! Thanks for taking the time to read my story.
