I am not on here trying to push a product or anything like that. I just think that it's time I share my own story. I am an army wife who has had a lot of issues with weight since having my 3 kids. I watched everything I ate and went to the gym 5 days a week. My kids are all 5 years apart. So of course I became extremely frustrated when absolutely nothing helped me. I started this journey at 197lbs. Only being 5' 3" that is a lot. I felt every bit of it too. I had no energy to speak of and was always getting sick. I have only been on the products since October of 2013, and I am already down to 165lbs. I still watch everything I eat, but I no longer have the chance to go to the gym. With my husband deployed, 3 kids, and not knowing anyone where we are now stationed, it's just not in the cards. So I use my kids. Go to the park and run with them or just lifting them up at home. :) I am honestly proud of my progress and myself. And I absolutely feel great!! Thanks for taking the time to read my story.
