💜💜💜 yeah it was pretty good! started out with a message that somebody I'd been talking to about a possible trade had just opened a blind box and gotten the Loki pin I wanted, so I was able to set that trade up first thing, and I got several gifts mailed off too (including yours!), which made me feel pretty accomplished. plus I got to hang out with @erlkonigstochter, and we watched a new Monster Factory video and I wrote a bunch of words in the fic that's ruining my life (they weren't very good words but at least they exist). and especially driving home, it was insanely cold, like 5F or less at that point, but everything was completely still with a heavy ice fog in the air and thick hoar frost on all the trees, and as much as the massive amount of snow recently has been frustrating, everything looked absolutely beautiful yesterday.

I’ve wanted one for SO LONG but obviously the antique ones are so expensive, and the repros are either 1.) weirdly proportioned 2.) have other shit dangling all over the place or 3.) are also way out of my price range. I got this from Ivy & Gold (we actually did a trade for it, but $60 is in the range of jewelry price points that I’ve been saving up for and then getting, and it’s pretty reasonable considering she made the mold herself! Anyway that links to her shop, the one I have is here). Mine is brass so it’ll get shinier the more I wear it! 

I’m sitting here on ep 11 of my second way through s1 this week, because i only have access to s1 on UK netflix, and have yet to find a satisfactory way of obtaining s2, but like the PULL IS STRONG, JO. I HAVE NEEDS. This is a show for someone who owns 4 pairs of black jeans and whose shoe rack is 70% boots. A show for someone who appreciates the finer things in life: a sassy one-liner before shooting demons in the face, a hot-mess protagonist with a top-shelf ass (top-shelf babe, top-shelf), wisecracking, leather jackets, a MOTW format with a season-long arc, generational curses, magical macguffins, adorable girlfriends, and a cut-price Tim Olyphant duplicate with a truly glorious moustache. I am that person.
