I did not realise how much of nursery is figuring out what to do when your child cannot attend nursery. Like the first six weeks they did not have a place for her on Tuesdays yet, so came up with solutions for six Tuesdays. Then there are the holidays that the nursery is closed but my work isn't, of which there are several this time of year. Then there are the holidays that the nursery is closed and I am off work, but since the work still has to be done I'll have to work the next day, on which she doesn't have nursery placement. And then there are a couple of evenings. Thank God my baby looooves other people.
