When a character is so unreliable in relaying their health status that the team basically ignores everything they say. Every time they’ve ever said they were fine, something was majorly wrong with them. So now, even when the team does ask them, (which isn’t often, they usually just assume the worst), they’ll still be searching them for injury or signs of discomfort while the character actively assures them that nothing is wrong. And of course, if they do find something amiss they’ll angrily glare at the character and berate them for lying again while pushing them towards their bed to rest.
