I just used money that I received from using Meta's Viewpoints app to pay for one month of X Premium, and also to pay $10 to boost one of my posts on X for one day. My short-term goal with this is to see exactly how accessible the monetization of a social media platform account is to all of the different socio-economic classes and cultural demographics, with a more specific focus on the lower socio-economic classes, minority cultural demographics, and whatever socio-economic class and cultural demographic I currently reside in, or am categorized by the system as residing in. My long-term goal is to see if it is possible for an individual to successfully monetize a social media platform account, where the initial cost of the monetizing of the social media platform account is covered by funds acquired "for free", with the use of survey apps like Meta's Viewpoints app and the YouGov survey app to acquire the initial social media platform monetization cost counting as "for free". Of course, asking for and using donations from other social media platform users also counts, and I also imagine that this donation method would be preferred by most compared to the method of using funds acquired through the use of survey apps like the Viewpoints and YouGov app, but I'm from the south, where we seem to typically carry more emotional/cognitive hangups/reservations regarding asking others for donations than the general population does, and this type of hangup/reservation seems that it does personally apply to me. The qualifications I have set for my "successfully monetize a social media platform account" goal is ultimately receiving a payout, or payouts, from a social media platform, that cover(s) the cost(s) of me attempting to monetize a social media platform account that are accrued up until the time of the payout, or payouts. A personal requirement for myself involving this, is also me receiving the payout or payouts without directly adopting the writing or posting style of another, and also without directly adopting the current writing or posting style most frequently used by successfully monetized social media accounts.
