Breathe, just breathe. I say this to myself all the time. I always have. I guess you can say it’s one of my mantras. Take a breath. I say that, too. It’s because I often hold my breath or stop processing when too much is happening all at once. Pausing for a moment to take a deep breath helps to get clarity and compose myself. Deep breathing helps to relax and also reenergizes me because it gets the heart pumped with oxygen. I’ll be sharing some of my best practices for breathing and relaxation on my podcast this week.
