There are times when you want a homemade pizza but don't have time to make the dough from scratch. This quick and easy pizza recipe is perfect for those days. You can make a tasty pizza quickly with a ready-made crust and your favorite toppings.
Ingredients: 1 pre-made pizza crust. 1/2 cup pizza sauce. 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni. 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup sliced red onion. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven up to 450F 232C. On a pizza stone or baking sheet, put the pizza crust that has already been made. If you want to keep the crust's edges, leave a little space around the edges for the pizza sauce. Put half of the mozzarella cheese shreds on top of the sauce. Pepperoni slices, bell peppers, mushrooms, black olives, and red onion should be added one layer at a time. Add the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top. On top of the pizza, spread out the dried oregano and garlic powder. To taste, add a pinch of salt and pepper. It should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for one minute before cutting it. Cut your homemade pizza into pieces, serve it, and enjoy!
