Ingredients: 1 pre-made vegan pizza crust. 1 ripe mango, thinly sliced. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 1 cup vegan cheese shreds. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 2 tbsp lime juice. 1 tbsp chili powder. 1 tsp cumin powder. Salt to taste. Black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 425F 220C. Place the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of vegan cheese shreds over the crust. Arrange the sliced mango, red bell pepper, and red onion evenly over the cheese. In a small bowl, mix together lime juice, chili powder, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle the lime juice mixture over the pizza toppings. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the toppings are slightly caramelized. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped cilantro over the pizza. Slice and serve hot.
