Okay well. Um. Kind of. The fact that he used to talk with women in a flirty way can have an impact but pix is not a woman + thats how he was taught to talk to people, so its an adjustment period.

And then also the fact that he was raised in an apocalypse and also like another war. Sometimes it makes him contemplative and also sliiightly not good at managing his OWN well-being which does in fact impact the relationship a bit.

And then my self insert is me so I can probably be a little very clingy. And also unlike inigo who ? Might've? Had a thing with gerome that ended badly ? undecided right now. I have No relationship experience so. That does also flavor it.

So. Laslow actually canonically has a pretty fucked up sense of taste. Lemon cake with chocolate on it. And Pix is a wimp with some tastes that slowly is getting better but takes a lot of time to get over it and uses dragon form to eat cooked deer and bear a lot.

canon compliant up to a certain point? like yeah he's still a retainer of nohr and he's a pretty loyal guy despite the flirting and all, but then i go a little hog-wild with the presence of my insert that. but it's always based in the canon of the character i feel. i have my most fun when people look at my self ship and go yeah i can see it and i enjoy what you're doing. which is really fun to meeeee

🦋: How long did it take them to get out of the awkward early relationship stage? Have they gotten more confident around each other?

It takes... probably a few months, the two of them are pretty awkward. But the moment the awkwardness is up, Pix Is Going To Fluster The Fuck Out Of Her. Laslow gets a bit more confident later into the relationship than they do, but when he does, he flusters them in equal turn. it's great.

🫣: Who stumbled the most with their feelings around the other? How much did the other person notice?

it's fucking laslow are you fucking kidding me? i feel like he's the type to get his tongue twisted when he's trying to impress in not his usual way. and while pix noticed some of the signs they did not... immediately prescribe it to him actually liking them. why would he like them. they haven't told him about The Knowledge.

💫 Ten years from now, what random Tuesday are they spending together?

Laslow is doing her daily magic shot of hrt. Pix is entertaining a very young soleil while she does so, and the two of them have plans to have dinner with odin and selena that night. Its a peaceful day. Maybe they'll buy something on the market on the way to the diner.

🧩 What tiny habit of the other do they find unbearably adorable?

Pix absolutely loved how flushed Laslow gets when hes flustered, but they also think the way he bobs his head a little to a rhythm is very cute.

Laslow noticed that Pix actually does the same thing, and he absolutely loves watching them shuffle their wings and tail around. The most adorable of them is whenever they try to cover their face with their wings just habitually. Just the amount of cuteness in how they are a dragon...!

Tough one! Probably either the day that they met (laslow recently hired, pix about to be hired and put on a pedestal for nohr) OR the very day they confessed: when laslow's crystal egg order was finished and could be given to Pix.
