#pixie parasol

Last week of Fungurary 🥹. She’s based off of the pixie parasol mushroom.

I didn't have any wild ideas for today's prompt, so pixies using the mushrooms as parasols is not the most creative idea ever, but I thought it would be fun to try the style I used for the pink waxcap prompt again! The initial sketch was drawn using the Copic multiliners in cobalt, including all four nib sizes, and then I used the Copic Ciao alcohol markers in shades of blue and blue green as a light wash on the mushrooms, with light touches of the colourless blender as highlights; both the old Pentel white brush pen and 3m Posca white paint marker were used for highlights on the mushrooms caps to get the shiny waxy look; I added a wash of a light cool grey with light blue highlights to the pixies so they looked less flat; the blue glow around the mushroom caps was done using the lightest blue and a lot of colourless blender solvent.

WEEK 3!!!!!!!!!! I was kinda sleepy while finnishing the lineart, and I didn't notice it says "week 2" ㄟ( ▔, ▔ )ㄏ
