#pixie braids

I had much inspiration for this bob from many lovely ladies especially from tumblr. I will admit, it took me a minute to get used to this style & don't know why,  but with everyone's kind words, this has easily become one of my most favorite braid styles if not the number one.  & I have had quite a few styles 😍

I guess that I am getting too old for box braids. I tried jumbo senegalese twist, but they were too long. I already know that those box braids will be too bulky, too long, and maybe too heavy. However, if you like box braids, but not the bulkiness let me introduce you to *two snaps* small box braids! Or pixie braids is what we called it growing up in the '00's. {I'm a 90's kid}

I really like pixie braids, because its smaller and lighter. You can make them short also. That way you won't have to worry about all that hair in the heat. Come On! Like who really wants to fight with ten pounds of hair in 99 degree  weather
