I love me some soft pink gurls. It seems with these ship asks I start drifting to how the relationship began. I love to imagine who got the crushes first.

I think for flutterpie it was Fluttershy who got hit with the gay first. Like I see pinkie pie kinda loving everyone but shy really started to admire pinkie because she's so open and charismatic and is friends with like everyone. Pinkie also reminds her of discord who she loves greatly too. So pinkies wild antics that might have before caused her some anxiety is silly and fun and she just really loves being with pinkie lol.

This song is really good and also the whole album is written like a Greek tragedy (hence the fact the lyrics are literally written in play script style with the names of the characters.) It’s after Sor’s father dies.

im honestly very nostalgic for it bc it was once one of my otps when i was about 14, tho part of that was fandom pressure.

i dont rlly like it much in canon proper, at least not in a romantic sense, but i do like the fanon version of it bc it is very developed in certain fanon (read: sallychan’s work) to sorta make sense! so it can work romantically, it just takes….a lot of development.
