Feeling a lil' better with the help of water, Celebrex and black coffee (my migraine remedy), I went to the "palengke" and found a seller with great quality Pingka (dried swordfish) and Dilis (dried anchovies) pricing at 60 pesos per pack. I was hesitant to buy because I know I can't finish the whole 2 packs. I was afraid to stock them in the pantry because the smell might stay in the condo. But then I remembered my Mama and my Tita Cynthia putting their stock of dried fish in food keepers and storing them in the freezer.
