@infernaldaydreams ATE with this commission of Tamsin and Gale

I was suddenly struck with a surge of nostalgia for the women of Syfy’s line up about a decade ago. Lost Girl, Z Nation, Van Helsing, and The Magicians presented me with such an array of bad-ass unique women, all with their own take on womanhood and femininity and all simply incredible characters, flawed and funny and wild and ferocious. Bo from Lost Girl is probably my favorite — no, I can’t imagine why the irresistible bi succubus with remarkable cans hit a nerve for me — but I adore them all.

A private commission for the author Alexandra Bracken!
Tamsin & Emrys from her "Silver in the Bone" series ❄️
As ever, August's "end of the month pin-up poll" illustration survives 2022's discontinuation of the monthly observance - this time we're all goth with Tamsin and Pip, who didn't exist at the time of the polls, and Mimi, who did, but rarely gets to escape the confines of tertiary comic character classification into the pin-up wilds!
There's a fair few contenders to continue again next year, but we'll definitely be getting into the obscure stuff... or maybe I'll have some major new OCs by then!

Bo and Tamsin could've had the best relationship in the show
