Indulge in the heavenly layers of pineapple, creamy cheesecake, and graham cracker goodness with this delightful Pineapple Cheesecake Trifle Parfait. A perfect treat for those living on cloud nine!
Ingredients: 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened. 1 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup heavy cream, whipped. 1 can 20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained. 1 cup pineapple chunks. 1 cup whipped cream. Maraschino cherries for garnish.
Instructions: Put graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl and mix them together. Combine well. To make a crust, press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the serving glasses. Cream cheese should be beat in a different bowl until it's smooth. Put in vanilla extract and powdered sugar. Mix everything together well. Slowly add the whipped cream and mix it in until it's all light and fluffy. In the glasses for serving, put the graham cracker crust on top of the cream cheese mixture. Add crushed pineapple and pineapple chunks on top. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top to finish. Add Maraschino cherries as a garnish. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours before you serve it. Enjoy! Serve cold.
