As for how she joined the gang, when Azazel disappeared from hell she was incredibly worried. He was meant to haunt someone, sure, but he was gone. Cue about a month of complete panic, searchibg for him up and down while most demons were more worried about the strange limbo-like place they were called to every once in a while.

One day Big Horn, a good friend of hers, tips her off that someone in Greed's Arena spotted him there. She runs there with Incubus (the only kid of hers that really wants to stick around her) and walks in on Azazel having beaten the ass of Ultra Greed, cheerfully celebrating with... someone else.

He notices her, she runs to hug him, so glad he's not hurt and doing ok, but asking questions about where the FUCK did he end up in??? And he's so happy to introduce her to Isaac, his new buddy! And about all these other people they met, and this weird labyrinth they're stuck to and keep dying and coming back in-

And all she can think is... Isaac? THAT kid named Isaac? The one God is currently watching? The one SATAN wants dead???? Of course she won't sit idle now, this is all so dangerous!

But before she can bring Azazel back, both of the kids are dragged towards a trapdoor. She clings to Zaz as strongly as possible, with Incubus stuck to her hair, but can't get them out. When they fall, she runs in the shop nearest to her and searches for something- rope, a ladder, anything to pull them up, and Incubus finds a weird box and opens it to look for something useful, too.

Just then, Ultra Greed snaps the loop and starts to chase her. She grabs Incubus, now stuck in the box, and makes a run for the trapdoor, also falling in.

The Bible: Good to use as a timeline reference and where specific angels and demons appear. I personally use the English Standard Version cause it's more accurate to the original scripture than most other translations. LOOKING AT YOU KJV.

The Daemon Tarot (Ariana Osborne)(B&N): This one is more for fun. It contains cards of Louis Breton's classic illustrations and a little guidebook that has the stories and origins of each demon within.

The Dictionary of Demons (Michelle Belanger)(I believe I found it at B&N?): I use this as my main demonology resource. It contains a TON of different christian demons and fallen angels, as well as some nice reference sheets at the end for what demons control, what planet/element they reside over, as well as what angel rules over them.

The Goetia/Lesser Key of Solomon/etc (Mathers/Crowley)(spiritual bookstore): Honestly, it's good to have some raw info. It's the 72 demons of the Goetia as well as their seals, summoning, etc. My particular version has doodles from Crowley (ABSOLUTELY not an artist) and a handy chart of each demon's planet, rank, sign, and element.

The Encyclopedia of Witchcraft & Demonology (Rossell Hope Robbins)(IDR): This is more about the history of witches. It's good for reading up on recent and real interactions between humans and demons. This book holds a special place in my heart because it introduced me to Urbain Grandier's trial and a copy of his pact.

The Encyclopedia of Angels (Richard Webster)(Spiritual bookstore): This is my main angelology resource. It contains entries on jewish and islamic interpretations, fallen angels, some demons, choirs, and even some info about god.

The Apocrypha (Edgar J. Goodspeed)(IDR): This is simply a collection of some of the apocryphal books that I only bought for the Book of Tobit. Still, I recommend just to have some raw info on hand. The little red book is one I have yet to read. It's a few handy notes on the old testament and some apocryphal works.

Archangels 101 (Doreen Virtue)(Spiritual bookstore): I don't recommend this one because it's mostly modern day supposed encounters, but I can't deny that it has a nice and quick run through of many important archangels (including uriel!!!)
