Tyrone was panicked. Well, he was often panicked, but this was an elevated form of panic that only came with an emergency, such as part of his arm disintegrating. It had been a complete accident, what else would it be? There had been a leak in the kitchen piping; the faucet had spouted out a jet of water straight for him. Tyrone had gotten out of the way just in time, but, the projectile water had skimmed the side of his arm, instantly causing it so take off part of his arm. It stung like what felt like a third-degree burn, but, after a while he couldnât feel it at all.
Bursting into Mabelâs room with a yelp, Tyrone holds up his limp, dripping arm, panicking when it flopped about without any indication of having form. It didnât necessarily hurt, it was just really numb. Not knowing what to do, he hyperventilated and looked to his sister for some sort of condolences.
âMabel, how am i supposed to live with this, this, noodle arm! Iâm never gonna be able to write again, or, or drive! Not that I can drive, but if I could drive I wouldnât be able to anymore! I wonât ever be able to participate in activities that require two arms. Iâm gonna be the one-armed freak show!â Clutching onto his chest with his arm that wasnât melting, he inhales and exhales dramatically, looking like he was about ready to pass out.
