Children are sensorial and today is my first time witnessing the power of decorating the piano. The child created his own #musicalalphabets by laminating, cutting with scissors, corner cutter and placing them onto the piano keys by figuring out where they should be! Life could be a little bit scary (and exciting) when you have 24 hours all to yourself with no obligation and no ties, but it’s amazing how days are going by, and I still feel like I have a billion of things left to do, and yes, going to the beach and read is one of the routines. 💁🏻‍♀️ . After staying in one position (#pianoteaching) for almost 9 years (?!), I’m reinventing myself and setting aside that identity for awhile. I honestly have no idea how this will go, but I’ll take this over my old life in #Shanghai any other day (in which, was also an awesome experience and good for the time being.) . This is certainly one of the best decisions I’ve done for myself.
