Every benefit God offers to His children hinges on: Are you convinced of His love for you? If you don’t have the core conviction of His love for you, you’ll miss everything benefit. Believe me! Satan will do everything, he can to knock this conviction out of you on a daily basis.

There’s a simple Sunday School song written by Anna Barlett Warner which carries the truth of the entire gospel. Sing it hourly. “Jesus loves me this I know, For the Bible tells me so. Little ones to Him belong, They are weak and He is strong. Yes Jesus loves me… The Bible tells me so.”

Hearing ‘Jesus Loves Me’ —they know the song isn’t meant for them. Voices tell people daily, especially youth, they’re dumb, stupid, worthless, unwanted, useless, a mistake, unimportant, unloved. They’ve done drugs, alcohol, gang sex —all because they’re objects— worthless junk. What good is there then, inside them for anyone to love? With all of these voices speaking into lives today, how can people KNOW Jesus’s love is true? Worthless ones aren’t loved by God.

May I present Bible exhibit one on God’s love. “This is how much God loved the WORLD: He gave His Son, His one and only Son. …this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in Him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life. God didn’t go to all the trouble of sending his Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling the world how bad it was. He came to help, to put the world right again. ANYONE who trusts in Him is acquitted…” John 3:16-18MSG (Capitols are my emphasis.) [ANYONE— any person or people. WORLD— the earth, together with all of its countries, peoples, and natural features] “This is love: not that we loved God, but that He loved US and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.” 1Jn 4:10NIV [US— used by a speaker to refer to himself or herself and one or more —you and me.] “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet SINNERS, Christ died for us.” Rom 5:8NASB [SINNERS— anyone who hadn’t accepted Jesus’s payment for their sins.] Good news! You are an anyone, most likely a sinner, and qualified to be loved! God loves you!

In my personal life, God has gone beyond His Word to show me His love. He’s delivered me from to reveal, He loves me. A tree branch broke, carrying me from the tree top, I should’ve had a broken neck… no injuries. When I had a aimed rifle firing five inches from my chest, I should’ve died from bullet wounds….. no injuries. Hitting a tree head-on at 60mph, I should’ve died… slight concussion. Once a staff infection raged in my blood, I should’ve died… I recuperated. Doctors have diagnosed me with cancer three times, I should’ve died… God healed me each time. These physical experiences screamed “God loves me.” This love of His grabs my heart every time I think of His mercy.

Inventory your life. Look at the near head-ons, etc. which were meant to end your life but didn’t. Allow yourself to develop a core conviction with the verdict upon your evidence. Each event holds hands with God’s love and His Word. God LOVES YOU!

Time is here for you to have your core conviction of God’s love for you. A core conviction will radically change you. “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name,” Jn 1:12NASB. You’ll receive His love today. Change lineages. Exchange inheritances. Walk in fullness of life. Unless you didn’t create your core conviction. It’s your choice. You choose.

PRAYER: Papa God thank You for Your love for us. Help these readers to become convinced and grounded in Your love for them, in Jesus’ name I pray.

the devil wants to really bring me down. i have a moment where things are calm, but then all hell breaks loose. so i wanted to get a physical to make sure i was good. the last job i was at told me i was covered until the end of the month. okay. well i get a letter just now from the lab work…
