Had a mild psychosis episode last week because of a med mix up. My perscriber didn’t update the new dose with this months med. the bottle advised me to go up on my new med Invega which I presumed was okay. I was wrong. I experienced hearing voices for 3 days and went to a mental health hospital.
I think I am doing better now but been dealing with a lot of anxiety but I’ve been listening to my body and sleeping a lot. Treating mental illness just like physical illness. I’m doing better on Seroquel and Trazadone at night.

Paranoia is one of these conditions. It makes you dirty and full of anxiety and wants to get out from it. You also may have to face anxiety because of some reasons happening in your life. Get the real power of fighting with these things.
Going to start seeing early intervention in psychosis services again and the thought is filling me with such fear after theyve messed me around so much in the past

As Time passes in today, I'm forgetting visions of yesterday. And conducting up new, unmade visions of tomorrow. I'm not here, I'm not conscious. I just lay in this hospital bed pretending to feel something. Pretending I do not feel numb. But numb I remain.
So I have one of each of the catagories for the phychosis checklist (one more if my parent’s aren’t actually abusive. I can’t tell if i’ve imagined it) but I’m not sure if that actually counts. I know the thing says it does but still?
