I need help picking a design because I'm indecisive and am not really sure which one would be best

Ever since the movie came out, I couldn't stop thinking about Grace's quilt, and I was thinking of trying to make one myself.

And now I can't decide if I sow it or crochet it (like I've seen someone else try to)
