76: Good to Know’s Peshwari Naan
I’ve been wanting to attempt naan and pitas for a while since store-bought doesn’t even compare. So when Will decided to make homemade Chicken Tikka Masala, it seemed like the perfect time to test the bread making waters.Â
Turns out, it is super simple! Even making the coconut stuffing for Peshwari Naan was easy. Took about five minutes to come together, an hour and half of waiting time and then about 8 minutes to hot, fluffy naan!
Definitely going to be a regular part of the rotation when we make Indian food. Going to have to attempt roti now too!
